Gwen has a diverse public policy background, which further includes work experience in the automotive industry, the New York State Senate, and the European Union. She holds an M.A. in International Affairs from the George Washington University and a B.A. in Economics and French from Skidmore College. Gwen was born and raised in Germany and speaks English, French, and German.
Angela Cuozzo is an artist with over 25 years of corporate experience in graphic design and branding. In the summer of 2017 she launched her own mural and decorative painting business, Cuozzo Creative. She has taken her art and design skills to a new level and now creates original, graphic works in paint. Cindy Drago is a professional voice over actor. She is a graduate of the New School Center for Media and has worked on radio stations in the Capital Region of New York as a news anchor and traffic reporter. Cindy also worked in the telecommunications industry for 18 years where she was responsible for developing and delivering employee and customer training, both live and recorded, for end-to-end processes. In 2018, she decided to leave the telecommunications industry to focus full time on her passion for voice over acting.
Her voice is described as articulate, engaging, confident, friendly and authentic. Cindy's voice has been heard on phone system recordings, eLearning materials, explainer videos, website presentations and audiobooks. Alixandra Foisy provides organizations with engaging and memorable experiences by bringing together the mind, body and work environment. I am a portrait photographer who lives in South Glens Falls, New York with her smart computer analyst husband and two handsome sons, Benjamin and Kyle. Life has been an adventure since marrying Matt 17 years ago. He is my best friend and knows me better than anyone else. I can't image my life without him. Being a mom has been joyous and hard. My children teach me many things and I am amazed by their jokes and silly ways. They keep me busy with their interest in sports and love for new technology.
As a photographer I get to see many great children and have fun trying to make them smile and laugh. Some kids may look at me as the crazy lady who keeps smiling at them. They are all so adorable! I try and make all my sessions fun and memorable. I don't want parents stressed and uncomfortable. Clients should want to come back to me year after year for their portraits, so that I get to see their children and watch them grow. I enjoy spending time with my sons looking back at photos from when they were younger. Many great memories that keep us laughing for hours.
I have been capturing moments in time for families on a professional level for the last 8 years. I have always loved taking photographs. I want to school and learned how to use film cameras and develop in a dark room. I find digital photography less stressful. Seeing images instantly on the view screen is great! I am constantly learning new ways to improve my photography.

Becca Kennedy, PhD is a Human Factors Psychologist and a User Experience (UX) Researcher. She is also a frequent writer and speaker on psychology, research, and design.
Becca’s an Albany native, and after 5 years spent living in Virginia for PhD work and traveling the country to participate in conferences, in 2015 she cofounded Kennason to bring human-centered design practices to the NY Capital Region. She evangelizes the importance of UX research to create impactful products and avoid costly design mistakes.
In her consulting practice, she helps companies research user wants and needs to create insight into how to design better products and services. She has worked with tech startups, healthcare organizations, aviation companies, government, and more to improve product strategy and create user-friendly designs!

Jamel Mosely is a media artist and the owner/creative director of Mel eMedia, a multimedia production and marketing company, that has produced content for companies both local and global, including Ronald McDonald House, PUMA and Under Armour. For one of the company’s first independent projects, Mr. Mosely traveled to Guatemala, Rwanda, and Tanzania with a group of filmmakers and educators to create a series of cultural awareness videos and curriculum for elementary schools. Mr. Mosely previously worked in digital communications for General Electric and The Office of the New York State Comptroller and is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), where he majored in electronic media, arts, and communications (EMAC), and studied recording arts at Full Sail University.

Kathi Reynolds, a professional voice over actor: With a background in music (singing, songwriting), education (teaching), lecturing, and being a mom (reading to children), I have always somehow used my voice to convey a message or tell a story. I really love interpreting what I read & using my voice to make the text come alive! I have a great deal of interest in using character voices & singing/songwriting talents for projects (such as jingles). With my calm & soothing voice, I would love to narrate children's books! I also offer help with writing/editing scripts since I have extensive experience using those skills in the technical, musical, creative, and marketing fields. My diverse work background in educational, legal, insurance, & technical work has given me a great familiarity with the terminology used in these areas. I work out of my home studio and can deliver a finished product you can be happy with -- in the audio file format you need. Marco Tomakin grew up in the Philippines and worked as an RN before becoming an Immigration attorney and opening his own office in Delmar, New York in 2008. He considers himself a serial entrepreneur and has imported art into the U.S. He now has a line of pork sausages with Philippine flavors called Chorizo De Cebu and named after his grandmother Lola Anna’s Chorizo.

Christopher J. O’Reilly is the Founder and President of We Think Advertising, a full- service advertising agency that provides traditional and digital marketing for a connected world. Christopher opened We Think Advertising in 2009, recognizing an opportunity to make dramatic changes in the way automotive dealers present themselves, as well as their products, to the public. He turned current events and a state of turmoil for the automotive industry into a spring board for a new way of thinking, marketing and selling, not only for auto dealers but for businesses in general. Prior to launching We Think Advertising, Christopher was the Corporate Automotive Manager for Viamedia, the advertising sales arm for 16 cable companies in the United States, with the largest being Verizon FIOS. His role was to develop strategies for local regional and national automotive accounts managing $26 million in 43 markets including 8 of the top 10 U.S. media markets. Christopher is a graduate of The State University of New York College at Plattsburgh, with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications.
Theresa is the only one with an actual title, “project manager,” but that pretty much means keeping the wheels rolling and on deadline and a little of this and a little of that including web content writing, keeping track of projects and deadlines, media liaison, proofreading, publicity, correcting Chris’ grammar, and billing. Theresa was a journalist, public relations associate and New York State Press Officer/ Spokesperson for a combined 12+ years. She is a published writer with articles appearing in The Independent Film and Video Monthly, The Northern Logger and Timber Processor, The Lumber Co-operator, Advance for Occupational Therapy Practitioners, Public Welfare and Policy & Practice, Nouvel Fonkoze and The Haitian Times. Theresa graduated from Utica College of Syracuse University in 1992 with a BA in Journalism. In addition to writing, Theresa enjoys photography, running, and yoga.
James is We Think’s graphic design extraordinaire. He has 14+ combined years experience in the field of graphic and web design. James is proficient in industry standard graphic suites and has a working knowledge of design principles, creating dynamic print and digital media that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional to navigate. Meticulous about brand consistency, James ensures that a clients look/feel is recognizable by their target markets. James has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The Sage Colleges - Sage College of Albany. In his spare time, James is a trained musician (drums, guitar, bass, keyboards and vocals)
Erin is our go to person for all things social media. She has been working in inbound marketing for over 5 years. Skilled in blogging, SEO copywriting and social media, Erin has worked to help market many different types of businesses and events. Producing effective organic and paid campaigns on social media platforms, Erin is able to connect content to targeted audiences ready to take action. Erin has crafted programs to work with a variety of platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Instagram. She graduated from SUNY Oneonta with a BA in Music Industry in 2005 and continues with her education through conferences and seminars including Social Media Marketing World put on by Social Media Examiner. Erin is also involved with the Capital Region Chamber Young Professionals Network as part of the programming and communications committees. Erin is a lover of music, animals, and anything that will make her laugh. She lives in Charlton with her husband, two sons, 2 dogs, and cat. In her spare time, Erin moonlights as a real estate agent.
